We’re so confident in the quality of our products that our frames are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 2 years.

Warranty is only valid for the original owner and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase must be provided. Manufacturing defects do not include damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, user-incurred damage, accidents, and/or wear and tear.


Pikok Co. offers a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects on the following:

- Brakes, Calipers, and Rotors
- Drivetrains
- Handlebars/Stems
- PedalsSeat Posts
- Wheels and Hubs

The following are not warrantied:

- Brake Pads
- Chains
- Cosmetic Blemishes
- Fenders
- Spokes
- Grips
- Paint
- Saddles
- Tire Treads and Tubes

Product returns

It is important to us that the online purchase experience through the website is as pleasant as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases on the website and you wish to return the product, you can contact the customer service team or request returning the product home from our site and the rapid mail will collect it from your location. Any return or replacement, whether at the store or at home, should include the printed request receipt.

 After our team confirms the return and that it meets the requirements of returns indicated below, we would be happy to return the amount, minus the transportation fees, to the card used for making the purchase if payment was completed by card, and by coupon if payment was made in cash.

 The products should be in their original packaging. All technical products should undergo quality control at the time of return.

 The product shall be returned for a refund within 14 days (except for underwear, swimwear, cosmetics and perfumes, hair products or customized products as per the request of the client). The product should be new and unused. It should be valid for resale and should be returned with the stickers of the product. All the components of the returned product should be returned with the product. pikok.com maintains its right to refuse the return that does not meet the return requirements indicated these conditions and provisions.
